With 350 branch offices spread across the West Coast, a major financial corporation needed a partner that could administer an integrated facility maintenance program without incurring additional cost. - Created a database of pre-qualified service providers to address emergencies and special requests
- Furnished daily "Hot-Sheet" reports to senior-level managers with work orders affecting critical business systems
