• Developed a service center to receive and dispatch requests to all 350 branches
• Created a database of pre-qualified service providers to address emergencies and special requests
• Furnished daily "Hot-Sheet" reports to senior-level managers with work orders affecting critical business systems

The results were substantial. The client leveraged ABM Facility Services' infrastructure and service platform so their entire real estate portfolio could be effectively managed by five people. Moreover, ABM reduced the on-going service contracts by over $1 million per year.
